EPWP Data Capturer: Various Department at Midvaal Local Municipality

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12
• Computer Literate (MS Word, Excel)
• Valid Driver’s License (added advantage)
• Excellent interpersonal & communication skills (must be bilingual)
• Applicants that reside within the Midvaal area will be given preference
• Ability to follow & execute given instructions
• Must meet operational requirements of the post
• A hard-working, self-disciplined person
• At least 1 year experience in data capturing within Local Government Authority

DUTIES

• Handles all internal queries regarding Engineering & Community Services complaints
• Ensures that all tasks delegated by the supervisor are done effectively and efficiently as deemed fit to be promptly attended as requested

General admin duties for Engineering & Community Services by:

• Performing fast and accurate typing duties by utilizing a word processor or personal computer to ensure effective operation of the administration within the sections
• Capturing of monthly EPWP leaves
• Performing leave administration duties
• Performing any other related ad hoc tasks and duties as requested or required by management (supervisor) from time to time
