    Ecomplete Marketing and Partnership Manager (Cape Town)

    What are we looking for?

    We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our innovative eCommerce agency. As the Marketing Manager, you will be instrumental in driving our brand strategy, managing partner and internal relationships, and implementing marketing initiatives that propel our brand to new heights. This role is ideal for someone with a proven track record in Brand marketing, a passion for strategic planning, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

    Responsibilities and Key Deliverables will include, but are not limited to, the following:

    • Brand Strategy Development
    • Campaign Management
    • Team Leadership and Collaboration
    • Performance Reporting
    • eComplete Brand Strategy
    • Develop Partnership Strategy
    • Identify and Evaluate Partnership Opportunities
    • Negotiate Partnership Agreements
    • Manage Partnership Relationships
    • Collaborate on Marketing Campaigns
    • Execute Partnership Campaigns
    • Track, analyse and report on performance
    • Manage Partnership Budget

    REQUIREMENTS

    Minimum Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Brand Strategy, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • A master's degree is a plus.
    • A minimum of 3-5 years of marketing & retail experience

    Minimum Experience

    • Digital Marketing Experience: At least 3 years of experience directly involved in digital marketing activities such as Brand Management, SEO, PPC, social media marketing, email marketing, and content marketing.
    • Agency Experience: Experience working in or with digital marketing agencies is highly preferred, as it provides a solid understanding of agency dynamics
    • Client Management: Proven experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and delivering effective marketing strategies that align with client goals and objectives.
    • Leadership and Team Management: Demonstrated ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, copywriters, and developers, to successfully execute marketing campaigns and projects.
