Divisional Manager II at Smollan

As a Divisional Manager you will be responsible for:

• Stakeholder Relationship Management
• Self-Management
• Achievement of Profitability, Sustainability and Financial Targets
• Operations Management
• Development of Tactical Plans for the Division in line with Customer, Client and Group Strategic Direction and Objectives
• Key Account Management (as required by Business Unit)
• Management of Achievement of Operational Objectives
• People Leadership and Team Management

What are we looking for?

To qualify for this role, you should:

• Completed relevant degree (with a focus on business and financial modules)
• Hold a Postgraduate degree/NQF level 7
• 8-9 years’ experience in an FMCG/Retail/Sales/Marketing environment at a regional management level
• Experience working in functions such as Key Account and Regional Level of the retailers and wholesalers
• Proven track record of managing people, operations and clients.
• Must have positive reputation and perception within the FMCG trade
• Strategy and innovation

• Leadership skills
