THE JOB AT A GLANCE:

• Managing the loading and reconciling of all products

RESPONSIBILITIES

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Receiving and processing of orders
• Consolidate orders on Excel
• Manage Invocoms 
• Coordinate loading process
• Execute stock counts
• Preparation of reports
• Stock Management/Stock Verification.
• Recon verification and investigation into shorts/Overs on all SKU.
• Salary and Wages (SACO).

QUALIFICATIONS

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

• Grade 12 , Experience on Oracle
• Academic – Analytical skill, Problem solving, Creative and solution orientated , Self-motivated, capable of working independently and delivering on time, An assertive, goal oriented self-starter with good interpersonal and organizing skills, Detail orientated and decision-making skills
• Leadership – Owning it!, Driving long-term results, Staying a step-ahead
• Personal Effectiveness – Effective communication, Interpersonal skills, Integrity, Creativity, Continuous learning, 

Experience

• Function –  Minimum 2 years stock control experience, preferably in a Bakeries
• Industry – FMCG
