Debtors Controller / Drawing Office Administrator - Umbogintwini at AECI Limited

Job Description    

• Full credit control and drawing office admin function.
• Accurate maintenance of the customer and supplier master file.
• Processing of invoices and credit notes.
• Collection and accurate allocation of payments.
• Resolving customer queries.
• Receiving, registering, scanning, and copying of drawings.
• Issuing of excavation permits.
• Carry out SHE tasks when required.
• Comply with Safety, Health and Environmental standards.
• Capturing of general ledger journals.
• Minute taking.
• Administration of EMPRO including JPC.

Qualifications & Experience    

• Matric / Grade 12.
• Experience in Credit Control and in a financial environment.
• Accounts receivable qualification would be an advantage.
• Drawing Office Admin would be added advantage.
• Computer literate with Excel.
• MDA, Opsuite and CAD experience would be an advantage.
