    Customer Service Consultant (JB3843)

    Requirements:

    • Completed Grade 12
    • 1-2 years’ experience within a similar environment preference to candidates with tertiary academic experience

    Responsibilities:

    • Address and resolve student queries via various channels.
    • Email, Telephonic, and Social Media Query Processing:
    • Respond, log, and follow up on queries/complaints.
    • Route specific queries to relevant departments.
    • Ensure timely closure of all queries.

    General Query Processing:

    • Liaise with departments based on query nature.
    • Maintain accurate records on the database.
    • Resolve and route queries promptly.
    • Ensure a 3-5 day turnaround time.
    • Collaborate with campuses for related issues.

    Admin Duties:

    • Provide daily feedback to the manager.
    • Cover for absent team members.
    • Handle other ad hoc duties as needed.
