    CRM Architect II

    About the role:

    • Applying your 2-3 years of technical CRM experience to enhance client relationships.
    • Designing and building CRM solutions that bring communication programs and campaigns to life.
    • Collaborating with various stakeholders in a dynamic, Agile environment.
    • Utilizing your 1-year experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud and/or other CRM platforms.

    What you will bring:

    • Minimum of 2 years in customer engagement (CE) or business engineering.
    • Familiarity with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Salesforce CRM, process engineering, and analytics.
    • A relevant certification in Salesforce and a tertiary qualification in Information Technology
    • Bonus: Honours Degree in Information Technology or a related field.

    What you will be doing:

    • Expertise in AI modeling, digital channel development, and integration.
    • Hands-on experience in technical CRM program building.
    • Knowledge of CX or CE journey mapping.
