Creditors Clerk - Pietermaritzburg at TWK Agri

Responsibilities and Duties

• Capturing Creditor Invoices on Pastel Partner
• Ensure that requisitions and purchase orders have been authorised
• Follow up on all credit notes due and liaise with suppliers for statements and outstanding invoices
• Reconciliation of supplier accounts for month end payments
• Prepare month-end and weekly payment schedules and ensure that all payments are done timeously
• Assist with invoices and schedules requested by Auditors
• Assist with compulsory year-end stock takes

Qualifications and Skills

Matric / Grade 12 with the following subjects:

• English
• Mathematics
• Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
• Experience working on Pastel Partner
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills
• A valid driver's license with own reliable transport
• Fluent in English
• Excellent time management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Exceptional organisation skills
• Computer literate
