    Credit Control administrator

    Job Description

    • Monitor and work on 0 billing report
    • Monitor and work on stop billing report
    • Manage allocated debtors book - full function credit control - exceeding required expectations
    • Provide high quality customer service experience - internal and external
    • Assist and resolve customer queries -24 Hours
    • Assist with future allocated projects

    Education

    • National Certificate Level 4 (N4) / Grade 12 (Required)

    Languages

    • English
