JOB DESCRIPTION

Ensure that all queries/problems received are resolved efficiently within laid-down time frames as per service level agreements. Understand the risks associated with dealing with customer queries and dissemination of confidential information. To deliver unparallel customer service to all customers, both internal and external within laid down guidelines and ensuring legislative compliance. To ensure that all contractual agreements/conditions are met prior to preparation of payment. To instruct the attorney to register the bond.

Type of Qualification: Matric

Experience Required

• At least 2 to 3 years general banking experience with exposure to various types of products and facilities
• Knowledge of systems relating to the IPC
• A sound knowledge and understanding of the policies and procedures laid down in GRG.
