Job Description

• Carry out day to day management and operational functions on assigned properties.
• Handle all services pertaining to repairs and maintenance
• Negotiate service level Agreements (SLA) with the appropriate service providers (lift services, cleaning, security, air-conditioning, electrical transformers, stand in generators etc.
• Maintain all statutory building compliance with relevant laws and regulations

Qualifications

• Working knowledge of contracts and agreements
• Working knowledge of building maintenance
• Computer proficiency
• Communicating skills
• Negotiating skills
• Customer Service orientation
• Attention to detail
• Hospitality experience required.
