We are looking for a vibrant administrator to join our dynamic team in Cape Town on a fixed term contract basis for 6 months. The successful candidate will perform administrative and related tasks specific to the credit control department.

Duties and Responsibilities    

• Resolve queries regarding short deliveries, returns and price differences with customers
• General administration duties
• Any other debtor related functions where needed
• Communicate with other departments to resolve queries
• Releasing shorts and returns
• Capturing price claims
• Daily reports Shoprite/ Spar etc.
• Metrofile stats
• Capturing payments
• Assisting credit controllers
