    Clerk Administration (Bethal)

    Description

    • Performs various clerical duties including some internal liaison within set parameters. 

    Requirements
    REQUIRED MINIMUM EDUCATION/TRAINING    

    • Grade 12

    REQUIRED MINIMUM WORK EXPERIENCE            

    • 3 years clerical experience

    KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS         

    • Register Insurance claims
    • Credit note control
    • Log sheets for company vehicles
    • Warranty claims
    • Capture of John Deere stock receipts
    • Capture vendor master data

    TECHNICAL KNOWLEDGE/ COMPETENCIES          

    • Computer literacy (MS Office)
    • Verbal and written communication skills

    BEHAVIOURAL COMPETENCIES 

    • Accuracy
    • Discipline
    • Identification with management
    • Cooperation
    • Team player
