Job Purpose

• To take responsibility for the overall running of the designated outlet within the Food & Beverage department emphasis on maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation quality of food served and maintenance to ensure a 5 star rating is achived at all times .
• To maintain all Food related policies, procedures, rules and regulations handed out.

Qualifications

• Hotel School Management Diploma essential

Minimum Requirements

• 5 Years experience in a 5 star Casino Floor environment
