    Category Marketing Graduate

    What will your individual contribution at Haleon be?    

    • Support in aggregating multiple sources of data to deliver insights, trends and recommendations across the brand portfolio to determine where category growth will come from 
    • Adapts global category vision and strategy making it relevant to South Africa 
    • Manages merchandising strategy and planograms /space allocation of the category within customers 
    • Support in management of end-to-end in-store category and brand at shelf projects  
    • Supports the function in leading, driving and conducting category reviews with retailers by category – SKU level analytics, shelf design /planograms, pre-and-post financial outcomes. May include recommendations on pricing and promotion optimization strategies. Includes making category growth driving recommendations which enhance Haleons’ distribution, share of shelf and shelf placement 
    • Support Category Management team in Core Range Assessment across Haleon Categories  
    • Assist with administration work

    • To enable you to perform in this future talent opportunity:    

    Education required:   

    • University Degree or equivalent 
    • ​​Completed degree in either Sales / Marketing, Business analytics, information management, or another relevant field in the last 6 – 12 months from graduation (Essential)​. 
    • This is a role that uses data and insight to build and deliver strategy, insights and solutions 
    • Good academic transcripts are essential, we will not consider anyone below 60%. Please note that you must provide your academic transcripts together with your CV when applying.
