    Business Development Manager: Lenovo

    Datacentrix is looking for a Business Development Manager who will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities in the IT sector. This role involves building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets.

    Qualifications and Experience Required:

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, IT or a related field (master’s degree preferred).
    • Proven track record in IT business development, with 5 years of relevant experience.
    • Strong understanding of IT products, services and solutions.
    • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
    • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills.
    • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales target.
    • Knowledge of CRM software and sales analytics tools.
    • Team player with ability to work collaboratively.
    • Willingness to travel as needed

    Responsibilities:
    Business Development:

    • Identify and target potential clients and markets for IT products and services.
    • Develop and execute effective business development strategies to acquire new customers.
    • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for expansion.

    Client Relationship Management:

    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their IT needs and offering tailored solutions.
    • Ensure customer satisfaction and address any issues or concerns promptly.

    Sales and Revenue Generation:

    • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals.
    • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to prospective clients.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients.

    Market Analysis:

    • Conduct market research to identify potential clients, competitors, and industry trends.
    • Analyze market data to develop strategies for market penetration and growth.

    Team Collaboration:

    • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product development and marketing, to align business goals.
    • Collaborate with technical teams to ensure solutions meet client requirements.

    Sales Reporting:

    • Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
    • Use CRM tools to track client interactions and opportunities
