Business Developer at CLS Human Capital Specialists

Job Purpose

• The Business Developer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and driving company growth. This role requires a dynamic individual who can work independently and collaboratively to identify, pursue and implement new business opportunities within the company's framework.

Minimum qualifications (essential):

• Diploma in Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship or similar 

Minimum qualifications (desirable):

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Economics, Entrepreneurship or similar 

Required experience (years):

• 2-4 years of experience in business development, sales, private equity or a related role.

Required nature of experience:

• Experience within the Grain industry will be advantageous.

• Business development and revenue stream expansion.
