    We have an amazing opportunity for a Betting Helpdesk Manager. Do you think you have what it takes to be our newest Purple Star?

    The successful candidate will be responsible for providing assistance to fellow staff members at the branches regarding horse racing queries and will assist to ensure that the Helpdesk runs smoothly.

    You Bring:

    • Basic computer skills.
    • Knowledge of Horse Racing.

    What You’ll Do For The Brand:

    • Making sure that all team members work carefully, providing the branches with correct information and complete their daily tasks efficiently.
    • Completing both technical support and supervisory duties.
    • Troubleshooting.
    • Supervisory duties may include determining personnel requirements, setting schedules and ensuring that team members reporting in to Helpdesk Manager have all the resources to complete their jobs in a professional manner.
