What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• The planning and coordinating of all club events, races in advance and ensuring that relevant resources are requested in advance.
• The promotion and growth of the club in all regions through various marketing activities including social media, events, races and meetings.
• Attendance at all annual general meetings of the club or athletics club associations.
• Reporting on all athletes, costs, events.
• Ensuring that club committee meetings are coordinated, recorded and managed.
• The club manager will be required to attend all major events, including races on weekends.
• Annual planning of race calendars for both social and elite athletes including associated costs, travel arrangements.
• Assist in the preparation of elite contracts and ensuring that elite athletes are compliant with all regulations and requirements.
• Attend press briefings
• Any other ad hoc requirements
• Grow sponsorship for the Hollywoodbets Race
• Increase all media and public relations events and activities
