Associate – PWC Legal Business Solutions – Corporate and Commercial Law at PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC)

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS: 

• Drafting of a variety of M&A transaction documents and general commercial legal agreements.
• Advising on general corporate law.
• Conducting legal due diligence investigations and compiling due diligence reports.
• Legal research and producing accurate legal opinions.
• Formation of business entities, drafting of constitutional documents and related company secretarial work.
• Supporting senior team members in drafting proposals, preparing presentations.

REQUIREMENTS: 

• Admitted attorney with 2 – 4 years’ post- qualification experience
• Working knowledge of the Companies Act, 2008
• Computer literate
• Self-motivated, strong attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills
• Team player
• Ability to multi task
• Analytical and solution driven
• Pro-active and committed to delivery
• Excellent time management skills
