Role Description

• Support the marketing team with planning, implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns
• Assist in creating and updating content on multiple platforms, including website, social media accounts and emails
• Project management of the marketing/project plan and implementation of relevant elements within that plan, ensuring all deadlines are met
• Oversee marketing calendar for assigned portfolio to ensure on-time delivery of quality deliverables
• Prepare reports on marketing and sales metrics
• Contribute to collaborative efforts and organise marketing activities
• Managing integrated marketing campaigns across offline and online tactics on the allocated LoS/industry
• Be responsible for collecting content for bi-monthly LinkedIn newsletter
• Brainstorm and develop ideas for creative marketing campaigns
• Maintain awareness on best practice marketing techniques/tools to achieve successful campaigns and promotions
• Write content for different internal and external platforms when required
• Provide administrative and project support for a variety of marketing programs
• Assist in the marketing of thought leadership pieces for the Line of Service/Industry
• Assist in marketing events and thought leaderships in the allocated areas
• Assist in briefing the studio as well as the various specialists (web, media etc.)
• Be a brand custodian, thus understanding how to use the brand correctly, keeping abreast of brand updates and "policing" communication that goes to internal as well as external channels
• Handle ad hoc projects
• Understanding and continuously maintaining an in-depth knowledge of the issues affecting industries relevant to the Line of Service/Key clients
• Understanding and continuously monitoring key competitors

Qualification & Experience Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred
• 1+ years of experience in marketing
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Superior organisational and time management skills
• Knowledge of relevant marketing tools and applications is a plus
• Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
• Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
• Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
• Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office, marketing computer software and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords, etc.)
• Exquisite communication and people skills
• High School diploma; BSc in Marketing, Business or relevant field is a strong advantage
