    Assistant Manager- Recruitment

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    Essential Functions

    • Responsible for end to end Recruitment inclusive of BGC’s
    • Achieve business targets within the given SLA
    • Create/Develop sourcing strategies to increase talent pool
    • Talent Attraction in line with client requirement within the given SLA
    • Create and build pipeline for future intakes 
    • Compliance adherence in line with business and client requirement 
    • Creating and compiling reports/presentations 
    • Adhering to recruiting budgets and decreasing recruitment cost 
    • Gathering information and analyzing data to make effective decisions
    • Creating opportunities to broaden talent pool
    • Motiving team to achieve business and individual targets 
    • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve business targets and objectives 
    • Conducting interviews
    • Identify development areas
    • Create, drive and implement process improvement 
    • Managing of referral scheme and RISE payroll
    • Being up to date with latest recruitment trends 
    • Conducting research/gathering information to make decisive decisions 
    • Assign and manage task given to recruiter 
    • Measure Quality and quantity 

    Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures 

    The performance parameters include the following:

    • Development and management of New and Existing vendors
    • Cost effectiveness of hiring through that channel
    • Quality parameters
    • Number of defects made against the Offers rolled out.
    • Offer to Joining Ratio

    Primary Internal Interactions

    • Team for the purpose of coordination
    • Lead Assistant Manager for escalations, unresolved issues, appraisals and reviews
    • AVP / VP for solving the issues unsolved by the immediate supervisor
    • Operations and Support hiring managers – for the purpose of Recruiting candidates for their processes and for calibration purposes

    Finance and Commercial departments for settling vendors payments etc 

    Primary External Interactions

    • Vendors for:
      • Hiring candidates, lining up candidates for interviews and also assessing their performance
      • Advertisements
      • Preparing promotion material

    • Interviewing skills
    • Feedback skills

    Soft skills (Minimum)

    • Excellent Communication skills – written and oral
    • Should be confident and willing to work in shifts and travel
    • Should display sufficient flexibility and urgency to handle pressure in a cross-cultural environment
    •    Computer proficiency – MS Office
    •    Team handling skill
    •    Should be able to take decisions in all kind of situations
    •    Orientation towards data and MIS

    Soft Skills (Desired)    

    • Self starter
    • Good Listening skills
    • Dependable
    • Matured to carry out assessments

    QUALIFICATIONS

    Education Requirements

    • Degree
    • Work Experience Requirements
    • Must have 3 years of recruitment exp + 1 year of Team handling
