The Asset Management Intern is responsible for supporting the asset management team in analysing and reporting on the financial and operational performance of the company's real estate portfolio.

Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS AND ABILITIES / SKILLS:

• Matric.
• Degree/Honours in Property Studies.
• Strong quantitative background
• Valid driver's license and own vehicle (highly advantageous)
• Organised, with excellent attention to detail 
• Good communication and interpersonal skills required
