    The Aftermarket Logistics Supervisor will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient flow of aftermarket products and parts, maintaining high standards of logistics operations, and supporting customer service excellence.

    Responsibilities:

    • Inventory Management: Oversee the inventory of aftermarket products and parts, ensuring accurate tracking, organization, and availability.
    • Order Fulfillment: Manage the timely fulfillment of customer orders, coordinating with internal teams and external suppliers as necessary.
    • Logistics Coordination: Coordinate transportation and distribution logistics to ensure timely delivery of aftermarket products and parts to customers and service centers.
    • Quality Assurance: Implement and maintain quality control processes for all aftermarket products and parts, ensuring compliance with company standards and customer requirements.
    • Vendor Management: Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers, negotiating contracts and terms to optimize cost and service levels.
    • Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of logistics coordinators and warehouse personnel, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement.
    • Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on key logistics metrics, analyze data to identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
    • Customer Service Support: Collaborate with the customer service team to address inquiries, resolve issues related to logistics, and ensure a seamless customer experience.

    Job Requirements:

    • Qualification in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
    • Proven experience (5+ years) in aftermarket logistics, preferably within the mining or heavy equipment industry.
    • Strong understanding of inventory management principles, logistics operations, and supply chain processes.
    • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
    • Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across functions and levels of the organization.
    • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
    • Problem-solving skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
