Affiliate Optimisation Specialist at Hollywoodbets

• The successful candidate will be responsible for playing a critical role in maximising the success of Hollywoodbets' affiliate program by analysing affiliate data, identifying optimisation opportunities, and ensuring effective communication and reporting within the affiliate marketing team.

You Bring:

• 2 -3 years experience in the digital marketing industry (Affiliate experience preferred)

A bonus to have:

• Diploma preferably in Marketing, Communication or a related field

What You’ll Do For The Brand:

• Analyse business results and prepare appropriate financial reports to describe those results
• This role will be essential for analysing daily, weekly, and monthly affiliate performance data, including traffic, conversion rate, sales data, and commission payouts.
• You will be required to generate reports for the Affiliate Team based on your analysis of the performance of various Affiliate creatives, newsletters and campaigns.
• As part of your reporting, you will create new reports that will assist with Identifying trends and patterns in affiliate performance to aid the Affiliate Marketing Specialist in the team make analytical decisions.
• Your analysis of the Hollywoodbets Affiliate Program will assist in identifying best practices for the optimisation of the program.
• It will be essential for you to analyse affiliate performance data and then categorise them based on the affiliate's effectiveness, contribution, and potential.
• Recommend affiliate assignments to the Affiliate Marketing Specialist team based on their expertise and the specific needs of each affiliate.
• Work collaboratively with the Affiliate Marketing Specialist team to develop and implement strategies to optimise underperforming affiliates and enhance top performers' contributions.
• You will develop and maintain a system for regular reporting on affiliate program performance, including key metrics, trends, and insights.
