• To provide accurate information on configurations and their documentation to support all the other Service Management processes

Key Deliverables / Primary Functions

• Verify Quality of Information in CMDB
• Interface with Change Management for completion of activities
• Escalate Inconsistencies in CMDB and provided system information
• Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB
• Populate CMDB database from supplied information
• Compile Recon Reports
• Verify Quality of Information in the CMDB
• Participate in The RFC Approval Process for new proposals
• Interface with Process Owners and technical support teams
• Review and Audit Data Integrity of the CMDB
