Administrator: School of General and Continuing Education (Ref 2304) at University of Fort Hare

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Post matric qualification (Degree / 3-year Diploma) in Administration.
• At least two years’ experience in the higher education environment as an administrator.
• Experience in using ITS.
• Sound knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel and PowerPoint.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

• Provide administrative and organisational support to the Faculty Office.
• Ensure the smooth running of the School, amongst others, provides support to both academic staff and students.
• Make local and international travel arrangements for the School members.
• Organise and prepare agendas and minutes for the School.
• Provide logistical support including bookings of accommodation, transport, and meeting venues.
• Respond to enquiries from staff and students.
