Administrator: Maintenance | Europcar Van Rental | Pomona at Motus Holdings Limited

Specific Role Responsibilities

Job Outputs:

• Verifying results against relevant reports and acting on discrepancies immediately.
• Creating orders on the system.
• Assist with the admin of sold and expired license vehicles.
• Filing and other ad hoc administrative duties.
• Booking vehicles for service and ensuring those services have taken place at the dealerships.
• Ensuring our service due vehicles are serviced timeously.
• Updating the services and maintenance of vehicles on the system.
• Creating orders on the system.
• Assist with the admin of sold and expired license vehicles.
• Authorizing the fitment of tyres or brakes.
• Arrange towing.
• Booking vehicles for COF.
• Source / Verify part pricing to reduce repair cost.
• Opening claims on the system.
• Communicating the cost of repairs with our customers.
• Maintain close contact with all customers and external suppliers.
• Verifying results against relevant reports and acting on discrepancies immediately.

Qualifications and Experience

Minimum Experience:

• 2 years of relevant administration experience in the industry.

Minimum Qualification:

• NQF Level 4 qualification (Grade 12 or equivalent) 

Preferred Qualification:

• Business Management or other relevant tertiary qualification.

Minimum Requirements:

• Valid unendorsed driver’s license
• Computer literacy with high level of accuracy
• Good understanding of Excel
• Essential to Note: The successful candidate must have be willing to work overtime and weekends when required.
