JOB DESCRIPTION

• VKB Milling is seeking a Admin Controller to join our Milling Division.

REQUIREMENTS

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• Ability to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans will be an advantage
• Willing to work at elevated levels
• Punctual and willing to work overtime
• Clean Criminal Record 
• 1 – 2 Years relevant experience.
• Valid Code EB drivers’ license

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• To complete all compulsory training interventions allocated by direct manager successfully.
• To liaise with internal departments on an ongoing basis to ensure quality service and products
• General office administration to ensure the smooth running of the dispatch office.
• Continuously creating data control sheets, schedules and documentation
• Continuous data capturing, creating of new reports and updating of existing reports.
• Correctly capture data to enable management to make decisions.
