Job Description

Effectively manage the internal and external direct orders whilst attending to customer related queries.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or NQF4
• Experience in the agriculture industry will serve as recommendation
• Computer literate especially in MS Word and MS Excel
• Thorough, precise and accurate
• Constantly adding value to the current functions of the position
• Clear Criminal Record
• English and Afrikaans proficient
• Able to read Afrikaans with comprehension 

Duties And Responsibilities

• Manage orders from clients and supplier in a correct and accurate manner
• Effectively assist customers with enquiries throughout the day
• Resolve customers complaints in due time
• Completing orders, delivery notes and invoices on the company’s internal system according to VKB’s policies and procedures
• Managing and completing payments within VKB’s policies and procedures
• Issue credit notes according to VKB’s policies and procedures
• Continuous liaison with internal departments, suppliers and clients
• Daily ADHOC administration duties as required
