Admin Assistant (Hartebeesfontein)) at Afrimat

Minimum Experience & Key Competencies Requirements:

• Matric / Grade 12.
• 2 years + experience as an Admin Assistant.
• Driver’s license (essential).
• Own car (advantage).
• Computer literate with proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Experience on CRM, SAGE 300 and On Key System (advantage).
• Be able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Be able to work independently and in a team environment.

The person will be responsible for but not limited to:

• Create works orders.
• Create purchase orders.
• Capture and order diesel.
• Monitor diesel usage on a weekly basis.
• Assist with timesheets.
• Filling of all admin documentation.
• Ordering of office equipment as and when required.
• Ordering of PPE as and when required.
• Assist at the weighbridge.
• Draft minutes of meetings as and when required.
