    Admin Assistant - Farm Foods, Christiana

    Job Function

    • Process receipts from customers as well as admin related expenses from the bank accounts

    Requirements

    • Gr12 certificate
    • Relevant knowledge in accounting
    • Detail oriented
    • Team work NB
    • Perform duties as instructed
    • Advance Excel knowlegde will be an advantage
    • Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage

    Duties and Responsibilities

    • Process receipts from customers as well as admin related expenses from the bank accounts
    • Manage daily, weekly, and monthly cashflows
    • Process credit cards on a monthly basis
    • Process cash receipts and allocate to the relevant cash control accounts
    • Maintaining and reconciling the individual cash control accounts
    • Follow up on differences on cash control accounts
    • Process and reconcile intercompany loan accounts and interest
    • Manage and maintain petty cash
    • Process and reconcile weekly finance loans
