• Gr12 certificate
• Relevant knowledge in accounting

• Perform duties as instructed
• Advance Excel knowlegde will be an advantage
• Knowledge of Navision will be an advantage

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive claim from customers and verify claims
• Compare claim with invoice and order price and follow up with marketer for approval
• Handling of claims and stock variances;
• Follow-up of outstanding claims documentation
• Creation of credit note on system
• Settlement of invoices against differences
• Settlement of claims
• Office Administration
