Accounting Specialist Factory at Mars

What are we looking for?

• Advanced Office Management (formulas, dynamic tables and good database management)
• CA SA or CIMA
• Min. 3 to 5 years of experience in accounting / finance
• Expert in Accounting, Financial Processes, Financial Control. knowledge on taxes
• Strong attention to detail

What will be your key responsibilities?

• Supporting period close and year-end processes through compiling accounting entries and analyzing account information;
• Reconciling complex accounting activities (e.g. lease transactions, manufacturing) and using cross functional relationships to resolve financial discrepancies;
• Providing key reporting to internal stakeholders
• Monitoring and strengthening internal controls by preparing and recommending accounting policies and procedures;
• Supporting internal and external audits of working capital processes;
• Review work prepared by others and recommend opportunities to improve effectiveness or standardization
• Leading transformational projects in the areas of User Centricity and Digitization to deliver new digital tools and processes locally, regionally, and globally
