Duties and responsibilities:

• Facilitate the development module in Mathematics in the University HC Programme and BSc Extended programmes.
• Assist with assessments.
• Monitor the academic needs of this cohort of Mathematics students in collaboration with the module coordinators.
• Provide general administrative assistance.

Inherent Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree on NQF Level 7 with first year Mathematics as subject.
• A good academic record (attach).

Recommendations:

• Experience of open learning/outcomes-based learning and the related methodology.
• Experience in the facilitation or lecturing of all mathematics disciplines in a special access program.
• Bachelor’s degree on NQF level 7 with second year Mathematics as subject.
