- Assisting, supporting and guiding the education of patients and their relevant persons whilst supervising the clinical practice of Registered Nurses, Enrolled Nurses and undergraduate student nurses.
- You will promote Evidence Based Practice and Continuous Quality Improvement within the ward/unit whilst participating in the development and evaluation of Evidence Based Clinical Pathways, health care planning, practice and evaluation.
- Registered Nurse with current Authority to Practice with AHPRA.
- Sound knowledge and recent experience in relevant clinical area.
- Demonstrated effective communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work as part of a multi-disciplinary team providing outcome based care.
- Demonstrated commitment to the principles of Evidence Based Practice & Continuous Quality Improvement.
- Demonstrated commitment to ongoing professional growth & development.
- Availability to participate in a seven (7) day rotating roster (including public holidays).
