Job description
One of South Africa's most specialised Software companies is looking for a Java Tech Team lead Developer to join their diverse team of Java Developers. The role will involve management of the full SDLC.
The team sizes vary betwen 15 and 20 developers of which you will oversee and guide the other developers on specialised greenfields projects.
Education : (None negotiable)
BSc or BIS or Btech
7+ years experience Development Experience :
Servlets, JSP (EL, JSTL, Custom Tags), Apache Struts, JUnit, Hibernate, Log4J Java Beans, EJB 2.0/3.0, JAXB, JTA, JDBC, RMI, JMS, JNDI, Spring Core, Spring MVC, Spring AOP, Spring Integration, Apache Struts, Hibernate, Maven
It would be advantageous if you have prior experience in leading a team but should you have the experience listed above, exceptions can be made.
The salary structures are all market related but the entry point would be R900 000 - 1.4 million.
The interview process is one online assessment and one interview.
