    Senior Sales Executive

    Job description

    Responsibilities

    • Targeting, prospecting, and winning of relationships with NEW BUSINESS customers through traditional and digital means
    • Guiding and mentoring the Business Development team members and the Marketing Team to ensure there is a disciplined focus on demand generation
    • Consulting NEW BUSINESS customers on a Sage X3, Sage X3 People, Sage 300, Sage CRM, Sage Evolution and Acumatica products.
    • Being able to manage and resource local and regional, net new projects – influencing customers, LOB specialists and C-level execs alike
    • Allocating the correct sales specialists to your NEW BUSINESS projects
    • Taking pride in your forecasting & CRM management; being willing to report on the quality & gaps of your Opps to Lorge Executive team on a regular basis
    • Experience selling ERP software solutions an advantage
    • Minimum of 5 years years full-life cycle B2B solution selling experience with deal closure responsibilities
    • Experience selling to NEW BUSINESS customers is essential
    • Strong relationship building skills both internally and externally and able to manage his/her business successfully
    • High-level of proactive new lead generation with the ability to leverage connections and translate into revenue-contributions
    • Proven ability to solely “own the sales cycle” from qualification to close
    • Excellent listening skills with natural ability to ask the right questions.
    • Word-class business and commercial acumen and ability to work collaboratively across a complex organizational structure
    • Proven ability to obtain positive visibility and credibility quickly
    • Works with the account pursuit (comprising of Lorge Executive; Marketing & Product Specialists) to develop and execute programs to drive pipeline & close deals.
    • Owns the Master PIPEDRIVE List for Lorge and provides thought leadership as a trusted ERP/CRM/Payroll advisor to help educate target accounts
    • Responsible for targeted Market Segment Selling, quarterly account planning and business reviews, and conducts account planning for strategic deals
    • Works to uncover and conversion cycles for any opportunities
    • Works closely with the Lorge Executive Team on marketing & sales campaigns including Tenders
    • Leads efforts to establish, develop, and expand market share and revenue attainment within Master PIPEDRIVE List and current customers
    • Works to attain various sales objectives related to securing new business opportunities within Master PIPEDRIVE List
    • Develops sales best practices securing repeatable and expansive opportunities across Master PIPEDRIVE List
    • Lead short and long-term sales plans to drive increased sales growth, market share and thought leadership in the ERP business applications area for our target Market Segments
    • Develop strategic relationships with key customers, prospects, current partners and industry organizations as appropriate.

    Required Experience

    • Lorge Consulting is more interested in your accomplishments and tangible results, that simply how many years you have spent in sales. We are looking for a proven track record of successfully meeting and exceeding an individual sales quota for a B2B product offering
    • Demonstrated experience in conceptualizing and executing sales strategies to support new business development
    • Strong value-based and consultative solution selling sales methodology
    • Ability to work closely with the Lorge Executive Team to determine and execute strategic campaigns
    • Previous experience and knowledge of ERP Software is an advantage
    • Experience with using a CRM and providing sales reports to management directly through the CRM tool
    • Strategic thinking, sound business judgment, positioning savvy and excellent presentation skills
    • Self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently. Willing to get your hands dirty and do whatever it takes to “get the job done”.
    • Outstanding presentation skills, ability to communicate effectively over the phone and through online and in boardroom environments
    • Drive for results, passion for customers, strategic thinking and thought leadership combined with flexibility, agility, and ability to thrive under pressure is the key to success in this role
