Do you have a passion for Agile software delivery? Do you believe in knowledge transfer to help teams do things better?

We are looking for a dynamic Scrum Master who will lead an Agile team. You will take accountability for the agile team’s delivery of set outcomes within defined timeframes, for removing impediments in order for the team to deliver according to set goals and deliverables and to act as a buffer between the team and any distracting influences.

Qualifications And Experience

• Tertiary Degree in IT or Engineering or ICT relevant diploma
• 5-10 years working experience within the IT industry
• 5 years in Agile methodology and SCRUM implementation

JOB OBJECTIVES:

• Responsible for ensuring ongoing relevance of team skills and for retaining and developing key skills within the team
• Delivery of set outcomes within agreed timeframes
• Responsible for enacting Scrum values and practices.
• Removes impediment
• Enable close cooperation across all roles and functions
• Analysis and Prioritization
• Identifying and Addressing the needs of the team
