    Commercial Planning and Activation Specialist: Wholesale/RTM

    • Brilliant Execution of differentiated customer plans
    • Ideation and creation of in store/outlet visibility solutions for Off Trade (e.g. PDUs, dollies, price marked packs) is grounded in customer insight, seamlessly executed and delivered in budget, on time – every time to our customers due to a rigourous attention to detail.
    • Pragmatic solutions are developed that overcome operational barriers at the POP.
    • The way of working with the sale teams ensures that customer commitment/nominations are secured within agreed lead times.
    • Pace and agility are valued over perfection. Brilliant execution and high standards are a way of life.

    Qualifications & Experience Required

    Qualifications

    Tertiary education (preferably in event or project management)

    Experience

    • 2 – 3 years’ working experience
    • NB: Can be 2nd / 3rd graduate rotation or candidates may have a background in sales, sales operations
    • Previous channel / customer environment experience is desirable with experience in the Diageo Way of Selling, customer propositions
    • Strong requirement for good analytical, excel skills, commercial drive, ability to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
