Job Description

• Participates actively in the departments Safety, Housekeeping and Training Programmes.
• Process receipts into SAP.
• Resolve receipts vs PO discrepancies/variances.
• Storage of all incoming stocks in accordance with put-away rules.
• Notify recipients of general receipts when their stock arrives.
• Control and manage off-loading and put-away/delivery of items to recipients.
• Check and match raw material and finishing supply deliveries to the delivery document from the supplier.
• Receive, check and process after hours material receipts into SAP.
• Issue spares after hours as per rules.
• Participate in engineering spares cycle counts.
• Participate in all wall to wall counts.
• Back-up for raw material and finishing supplies receiving transactions.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12.
• Some experience working in a warehouse/store environment.
• SAP experience.
• Microsoft Office.
