    Account Coordinator - Energy and Natural Resources

    Job description

    Job Summary

    The Account Co-ordinator (AC) supports and manages Business Development activity for multiple focus accounts in Market Segments to ensure the comprehensive deployment of the Account Management Framework [AMF] on the designated focus accounts. The AC works closely with the GCSP and other BD colleagues to initiate, develop and facilitate relevant activities and create an integrated, client-focused account team by acting as the central point - "hub" of contact and communication.

    Duties And Responsibilities

    • Work with the Global Client Service Partner (GCSP) and Account Leader to ensure that an account-centric account plan is developed, implemented and measured against account performance.
    • Maintain account plans and ensure follow-up on action items by tracking progress against deadlines.
    • Coordinate and participate in account team meetings.
    • Identify, coordinate and participate in client relationship building activities and meetings where appropriate.
    • Establish appropriate internal relationships across service lines and countries that will improve and expand service delivery:
    • Assisting with the client/people relationships
    • Coordinating attendance for client relationship events (e.g., alumni, diversity, events)
    • Coordinating win/loss debrief meetings with internal team
    • Coordinating relationship activity
    • Working with account teams to ensure that the pipeline and the relationship map is up-to-date
    • Assisting with the communications (e.g client newsletters,)
    • Assisting with the CRM ownership
    • Tracking the account pipeline
    • Identify, build and maintain external value-added networks and relationships that will benefit the account team.
    • Set up and maintain global account management and reporting tools and processes for the account.
    • Work with the GCSP to implement the Assessment of Service Quality (ASQ) programme for the account, meeting the Global ASQ coverage guidelines following up with teams to ensure alerts are resolved and results communicated
    • Contribute to pursuit-bid efforts including pursuit team coordination and collaboration with Pursuit team or leveraging Pursuits self-help tool
    • Regularly submit Account leading practices, credentials and Team CVs to central global repositories for others to leverage
    • Collaborate with Finance to monitor and report Account performance against KPIs, producing dashboards as required. Perform pipeline management activities including:
    • Opportunity data hygiene
    • Opportunity monitoring and follow-ups
    • Sales & pipeline analysis and reporting
    • InterAction contact clean-up
    • Collaborate with Brand Markets & Communications to maintain Account specific Marketing calendar

    Qualifications And Experience

    • A Business degree (or equivalent)
    • Approximately 2-4 years of relevant experience (administrative and co-ordination role in a sales, marketing and/or project managementa in business environment is desirable.

    Knowledge And Skills Requirements

    • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
    • Relevant experience in account management and the organization's relationship tools and processes.
    • Demonstrated project management experience.
    • Strong administration skills
    • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Industry related knowledge/experience.
    • Excellent people skills and committed team player.
    • Strong influencing skills are required to work with other members of the account team to get results.
    • Ability to self-manage
