The focus of the technical operation specialist is to make sure that the core infrastructure which all employees in Flight Centre relies on stay up and are being maintained. Ensuring no downtime within working hours.
The technical operation specialist is also responsible for support the application team and service desk with any system enhancements or updates and installs of systems and programs that has to be rolled out thorough the whole company.
On a rotational basis, they will be scheduled to work standby 24/7. This means being available to assist with queries from the 1st level standby personal.
