    Truck Coordinator - Contermanskloof

    Requirements:

    WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

    To be considered for this position, these are the skills we’re looking for:

    • Matric/Grade 12.
    • A Marketing or Administration qualification would be advantageous.
    • At least two years’ marketing or admin experience in a role with comparable goals and responsibilities.
    • Understanding of digital and Litho printing would be advantageous.
    • Intermediate proficiency in MS Word & Excel.

    Duties:

    WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

    • Throughout every project’s journey, you’ll be responsible for:
    • Conducting truck surveys to determine what branding is needed and schedule branding to take place accordingly.
    • Compiling and submitting quotes for approval.
    • Ensuring invoices are made out for each branding job and following up on payment.
    • Ensuring all supplier payments are submitted for approval and paid on time.
    • Ensuring that artwork is supplied to the Printing Business Unit and signed off before printing commences.
    • Keeping accurate records of all trucks and branding at all times.
    • Compiling the needed reports for internal and external stakeholders (including financials).
    • Scheduling, sending, and coordinating truck-branding with third party applicators on an on-going basis.
    • Traveling to various DCs on an annual basis.
    • Managing stakeholder relationships on a daily basis.
    • Providing monthly Truck Branding updates to external stakeholders and attending conference calls as requested.
    • Daily communication with third party applicators for updates on brand applications.
    • Monthly stock take on all printed truck branding.

    Key Account Manager – KZN

    Requirements:

    • Matric/Grade 12
    • A diploma or degree in Sales and Marketing would be advantageous
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ customer relations experience
    • Minimum of 2 - 3 years’ sales experience
    • Background in Retail / FMCG is essential
    • Good communication skills, both written and verbal - English and Afrikaans
    • Strong sales and account management skills
    • Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships
    • Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies
    • Ability to meet and exceed targets and goals
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software
    • Resides in Durban or surrounding areas

    Duties:

    • Achieving sales targets and completing the sales journey on all product offerings.

    • Seeing all customers at least once over a ten-week period and meeting the required weekly store visits and client call targets
    • Attend trade shows.
    • Educating clients on new service offerings and consolidating reports
    • Creating sales proposals to pitch to clients, updating sales pipeline weekly and preparing sales store plan to discuss with management on a weekly basis.
    • Submission of an advert brief to studio via the advert platform.
    • Feedback reporting on sales, including strategy to close sales gaps
    • Attending both internal and external planned sales training throughout the year

    Account Manager

    Requirements:

    • Senior Matric Certificate
    • Degree in Marketing/ Brand Strategy/ Communication/ Media
    • 3-5 Years’ experience in a Sales or Business Development role
    • Valid drivers’ license & own reliable vehicle
    • Proven track record as an Account Manager preferably in the Retail, FMCG, Advertising or Media industry
    • Excellent communication, negotiating and solution selling skills
    • Proficient in MS Office
    • Resides in Durban or surrounding areas

    • Reveal to clients how we can bring their marketing plans come to life with creative solutions
    • Taking ownership of existing Accounts whilst bringing in new business
    • Focus on the development of lasting relationships with our clients and stakeholders and act as a Brand Ambassador of the company
    • Collaborating with the internal sales team and implementing cutting-edge campaigns and providing timely feedback to clients
