    Office Administrative Assistant

    Job Description

    We are looking for a young and enthusiastic person to join our team. All suitable candidates will need to meet the following criteria.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Excellent written and spoken communication skills (English)
    • Well presented, professional and confident
    • Highly organised
    • Impeccable attention to detail
    • Friendly and energetic
    • Excellent customer service skills
    • Eager to learn and grow within a new tech company
    • IT Skills – knowledge of Microsoft Office a must
    • Previous experience in a similar role would be preferable

    JOB TASKS:

    • Answering or directing calls and emails
    • Greet and welcome clients and office visitors
    • Assist with financial admin
    • Assist with HR admin
    • Organising travel arrangements
    • Diary management
    • Office support and administration
    • Assisting with the personal and business activities of directors/managers.
