Our client who a fast-growing travel agency based in Johannesburg, South Africa. They are operating in Southern Africa & Tanzania area for more than 20 years.

They are looking for their Junior Travel Consultant – Spanish Speaking to provide unforgettable experience to travelers from all over the world.

THE ROLE

• As Junior Travel Consultant - Spanish speaking, you will :
•  Fully accountable of given files, suppliers and clients
•  Book hotels, transfers, flights, car rental, meals, tour guides, visits…
•  Handle group bookings from A to Z
•  Supply excellence in customer service (turnaround 12 to 24h max with accurate replies).
•  Edit welcome boards, itineraries, vouchers, tickets, invoices…
•  Monitor clients and supplier’s invoices payments as file margins.
•  Liaise with clients in order to offer original substitutes to improve their requests.
•  Solve issues while clients are in traveling and inform their agents instantly.
•  Negotiate supplier net rates and promotions
•  Undertake projects and research as directed.
•  Become an ‘expert’ on South African tourism products
•  Build a strong knowledge of African destinations and tourism products

YOU

•  Fluent in Spanish & English, oral & written
•  Knowledge of touristic sights in all parts of Southern Africa
•  High standard of integrity
•  Passion for the industry
•  Client focused, attention to detail
•  Ability/flexibility to confidently manage an event on an end-to-end basis
•  Well organized
•  Willing to learn.
