Job description
CA (SA) required.
The General Manager (Finance) will be responsible for all areas of finance (including payroll) to ensure the smooth operations of Smoke CI. This would range from the basic oversight of financial transaction processing through to advanced financial planning for company growth and expansion.
Taxation optimisation and balance sheet gearing will also be required during rapid company growth.
Financial planning and reporting.
Internal operations and HR will be sub-positions for the GM Finance. He/She would be responsible for the oversight of the HR function (Head of HR will be employed). Internal operations (office management) will also be an oversight position.
Ultimately the General Manager – Finance will be exposed to high level business strategy and planning, the position is well suited for growth within the company and group. Strategic as well as tactical and operational thinking will be required on a daily basis.
