Job description
FG Trading is looking for an invoice clerk for our Johannesburg office. The individual will be required to work in close collaboration with our sales representatives, office personnel and accounts department as well as liaise with customers and suppliers. Responsibilities will include verifying orders and invoicing customers, attending to customer enquiries, preparing quotations/proforma invoices and obtaining quotations from suppliers as well as general office work and administration.
The ideal candidate should have experience working in Pastel, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word as well as exceptional communication, co-operative and organisational skills.
