BSH Home Appliances is searching for an Executive Assistant to be employed in Johannesburg / South Africa with following responsibilities;
- Arranging communication and coordination between the units,
- Scheduling and maintaining calendar of appointments, conference calls, meetings, coordinating telephone and e-mail traffic,
- Drafting and preparing documents such as reports and presentations.
with following qualifications;
- University degree in related fields,
- Fluent English knowledge is a must, German is an asset,
- Proficiency in MS Office applications,
- At least 3 years experience in a multinational organization,
- Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills,
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
