    Sales Account Representative

    Responsibilities

    Main Purpose

    • Key accounting at national buying groups regional offices and major independent wholesale outlets
    • Administration and implementations of trading terms, activity spend and product pricing
    • Review analysis and strategy and tactics development to achieve BU regional targets

    Accountabilities

    • Ensure customer metrics are achieved through negotiation and delivery of regional elements of joint business plans
    • Administer, optimize and align customer trading terms.
    • Grow share, range and distribution in line with specific account targets
    • Achieve target price realisations, in line with channel PVM objectives
    • Develop regional customer relationships
    • Tailored promotional strategy delivered in line with customer expectations and PepsiCo framework

    Qualifications

    • 3-year degree/ NQF 7 diploma
    • 5 Years customer/sales experience
    • Able to relocate
    • Valid code 8 license

    Knowledge / Skill

    • Customer orientated
    • Great negotiation skills
    • Goal driven

    Experience

    • 5 years sales experience
    • 1 year entry level management experience
    • Knowledge of key accounting

    HR Sr Representative

    Responsibilities

    • Strategic leadership in leading the HR agenda for the business units
    • Support and intain stakeholder relationships
    • Ensuring HR strategy & key processes are well institutionalized and executed & providing full range of HR services by understanding, responding and proactively acting on insights, expectations, needs and requirements.
    • Managing every aspect of employee development and relations
    • Serving as an employee champion to ensure that processes and relationships are fair and equitable while utilizing key HR tools & processes to ensure all employees are fully engaged in and committed to the business growth
    • Providing coaching and feedback to the managers on execution of HR programs; evaluating effectiveness, reviewing and seeking improvements on the execution of the systems and processes
    • LeadingHR Strategy implementation for the area of responsibility to give effect to improved business performance
    • Leads and drives for improved employee relations to ensure a culture of fairness and speedy dispute resolution.
    • Leads the talent acquisition initiatives in collaboration with CoE team
    • Ensures application of the total reward principles and and procedures
    • Coaches management on initiatives to drive performance and assists with Performance Review process
    • Jointly (with BU Leader ) own the people planning process (PPP) for the operation.
    • Drives compliance with EEA plan as well Learning and Development plan for Finance Control
    • Proactively identify talent flight risks and possible requirements for leadership/environmental change in order to retain talent
    • Provides counsel and advice to management team and employees

    Qualifications

    Key Skills/ Experience Required

    • Degree in Social Sciences/HR Management/Business Management
    • In-depth knowledge of the HR Value Chain
    • Ability to write and review policies
    • Report writing skills
